Biography: Jeanne has over 28 years of experience as a CPA tax advisor and business consultant and is a certified business valuation specialist and certified M & A advisor.

She works with small and mid size businesses to manage their accounting, minimize their taxes, helps them manage their business efficiently and grow. Her goal is to help them manage their personal and business finances to maximize their long term wealth. Her services to clients are similar to chief financial officer for smaller clients without a full financial in house staff, and for clients with in house financial staff, she works as the chief financial consultant to the chief financial officer and owners.

She has 15 years experience providing business valuation, sale, merger and acquisition advisory services to clients. She assists business purchase clients in determine a reasonable value for the business target(s), projecting cash flow, negotiating a tax minimization purchase structure, and due diligence procedures. She assists sellers in determining asking price and market value of the business, structuring the business sale to minimize tax to the seller, and working out terms acceptable to the buyer and seller to help the deals close. She works with AKT Wealth Advisors to provide financial planning services for business sellers and investment management services for business sale proceeds if requested. She also provides exit planning services to help clients maximize the value of their businesses 1-5 years before marketing the business for sale.
