Biography: Brian has over 25 years of experience working with public and private companies in manufacturing, technology, telecommunications, construction, and private equity investments. He is also skilled in the valuation and analysis of businesses, due diligence procedures, and has extensive experience in negotiating business transactions. Brian previously worked with a west coast regional CPA firm for eleven years, has been President and Chief Financial Officer of a venture/development fund, and the Chief Financial Officer of a group of telecommunications and technology companies.
